Elopement in Sirmione, Lake Garda

Jasmine and Osi asked me to be their elopement photographer in Sirmione, Lake Garda and I was so honored since Osi worked with my husband. They met during basic training but Jasmine was stationed stateside; they ended up getting married by proxy and wanted some photos to commemorate their marriage!

We started out the morning by taking photos at their Airbnb nearby. The original plan was to take photos at a horse farm, but unfortunately due to the rain it was cancelled so I had to think of a new location fast — I suggested Sirmione and it actually turned out to be such a perfect place to photograph despite the weather!

The beauty in these sessions lie in their authenticity; I always try to capture candid photos of couples and families being themselves and the joy, laughter, and happiness of these moments in time. Everyone has a unique story and I love being here to capture it!
